Isabella Howe

Architectural Assistant

B DesArch

Isabella assists with the preparation of drawings, schedules and specifications, presentations, whilst learning new skills and gaining practical experience.

She has a particular interest in Indigenous design-thinking and a passion for First Nations advocacy.

Whilst studying at the UTS, her thesis project was heavily grounded in Country-centred principles and storytelling through design, promoting better outcomes for people and places. Study at the Aarhus School of Architecture university exchange program enhanced her knowledge and interest in climate-adaptive design.

Isabella joined SCA in 2026 and loves being part of the close-knit team.

In awe of natural landscapes, she is interested in the ways in which we can learn from the resilient and passive design systems embedded in the environments around us.

In her spare time she loves crocheting and watching movies.
