The cost-effective best practice in work-place interior design updates the layout for contemporary workplaces with an appropriate balance of open plan and private focus staff spaces that allow a variety of working modes. Careful analysis of amenity capacity provides for anticipated staff growth and changing requirements.
SCA holistically reviewed the key interactions and interface between departments to design an efficient office layout suitable for the organisation hierarchy and team structures. By not touching existing building structures they reduced costs.
Immediate improvements include new furnishings and furniture, bathroom and kitchen fit outs and increased greenery.
A second stage provides an accessible and covered link between the two buildings with improved public-facing areas.
