The NSW Housing Pattern Book is a collation of adaptable, sustainable, affordable and beautiful pre-approved housing designs which have the opportunity to benefit from an accelerated approval pathway.
The pattern book is available for anyone to use. Designed to meet current building regulations, the scheme is adaptable and easy to modify.
Sam Crawford Architects was selected early last year to deliver a pattern for terrace houses. Our design is particularly attentive to ageing in place, flexibility and affordability.
Our pattern design focuses on the importance of housing being affordable, flexible and sustainable, reflecting the diverse needs of the NSW community.
