The project involves sensitive alterations to adapt the dilapidated Victorian terraces into contemporary, high amenity student accommodation, whilst respecting and enhancing the rich heritage of the precinct.

Adaptive Reuse for Student Living
Employing a “kit-of-parts” strategy, SCA designed new interior material and colour palettes, new joinery, and wet areas for all new terraces.

Kitchens, wet areas and bedrooms are efficiently planned for modern student living.
